The first of what we hope will be an annual mid-winter festival of botanical beers! Come try a dozen or so beers celebrating the many flavors of plants. We'll have nearly 10 gruits (or hop-less beers), a bunch of small batch one-offs, and beers featuring ingredients from local farms (beer list coming soon). Also meet Scratch's newest additions, Kris Pirmann and Adriane Koontz, who will be farming for the brewery, and find out about some exciting new additions to our menu coming this year. To ward off the cold weather we'll have a big bonfire on the patio and keep all of our fire pits stocked all day long. And in anticipation of our first bottle release in April, we'll be releasing hand-made bottle openers by local metalsmith Zach Lihatsh. These one-of-a-kind pieces of functional metal art will be available at the brewery for $25 on a first come-first served basis leading up to the release of our first bottling!
