Founded by Emeril Lagasse, the Boudin, Bourbon & Beer Festival celebrates Louisiana’s finest artisanal sausage. Over 50 local and visiting chefs gather for an evening to prepare and serve their unique takes on boudin. Cosponsored by Abita and Buffalo Trace, the event features open bars with local craft beers as well as wine and bourbon for the audience to sip on as they enjoy the star-studded musical stage featuring performances by renowned country and rock musicians.
