2015 Burns Park Brewers Beerfest for ALS Research! Saturday, October 3rd, 2015, 4:30pm – 9:30pm Live music, delicious beers and ales, a chili cook-off, brats, desserts and more! Burns Park near the Warming Hut Ann Arbor Active Against ALS presents the Third Annual Burns Park Brewers Beerfest for ALS to raise funds for research to find a treatment and cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). The Burns Park Brewers Beerfest will feature LIVE music, more than TWENTY quality craft brews from skilled local brewers, non-alcoholic homebrew rootbeer, a chili cook-off, brats, pretzels and more. Come spend a fun and casual fall evening in the park and support a great cause. 100% of funds raised through donations will be donated by Active Against ALS through the Robert Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins to projects aimed at research for a cure or treatment of Lou Gehrig’s Disease. This event is organized by members of “Boston to Boston: Runners vs. Lou Gehrig’s Disease”, a group aiming to raise $26,200 for ALS research in time for the Boston Marathon.
