City Pages Beer Festival

One of longest running events of its kind in the Midwest (22 years and counting!), this outdoor festival has become a yearly tradition for beer aficionados who can enjoy a variety of brews available at metro area MGM locations, food vendors, live music featuring Viva Knievel, mechanical bull rides powered by No Name, hammerschlagen, accordionist Bill Koncar and the ever-popular Brian Boru Irish Pipe Band! Located downtown near the theater district just off 10th Street and Hennepin, the festival will showcase a diverse range of samples including domestic, imported, craft, specialty and micro brewed beers to please every event-goers’ palate. For fans of homegrown flavors, local breweries will be featured as well with past participants including Fulton, 612 Brew, Lucid Brewing, Summit Brewing Company & more!
