Sour Beer Festival !!! On Sunday, May 21st, Delilah’s will be hosting our annual tasting of Lambic and Sour Beers. We will be tasting every possible variety of the spontaneously fermented Belgian Lambic beers that we can get our hands on - including but not limited to : Drie Fonteinen, Lindemans, Liefmans, Hanssens, Chapeau, Mort Subite, St. Louis, Timmermans, Girardin, Belle Vue, Oud Beersel, Cantillon & Boon. We will have multiple vintages of Drie Fonteinen Gueuze from a cast of over a dozen different Gueuzes, some very rare straight Lambic, a few highly sought after Faros (young Lambic flavored with candy sugar and spices) and a complete selection of fruit based Lambics (Framboise, Kriek, Peche...) all flavors and all possible intensities -- around forty Lambics in multiple vintages will be on hand. Various representative American and International Sour Beers will also be available – again, including but not limited to : New Belgium La Folie, Goose Island Lolita, Panil Barrique, Petrus, BFM, Jolly Pumpkin, The Bruery, Destihl, Paradox, White Birch +++.
