We've teamed up with Copp's Island Oysters of Norwalk, CT to bring you the next release of the Community Sourced Ales Project, Grace & Darkness Oyster Stout. You betcha' - we used real oysters in this beer! If you've been following our oyster journey (from boat to fermenter), you know we have had a ton of fun with these guys and couldn't be more excited about this collaboration. Celebrate the Grace & Darkness can release with us Sunday, January 21th 12-5PM! We'll have Knot Norm's Catering shucking and grilling Copp's Island oysters on a wood fire grill all afternoon. Knot Norm's Catering will be serving up: Copp's Island Oyster Raw Bar Copp's Island Wood Fired Oysters Oyster Beer Shooters Blistered Shishito Peppers Ticket includes all oysters & your first two beers!
