This special night at the Museum will feature beer tastings and catered bar bites, as well as a discussion of the science that fuels the beer-making process from a host of local partners including: Two Roads Brewing Company, Charter Oak Brewing Company, Back East Brewing Company, Aspetuck Brew Lab, Ninety9Bottles, Brewport, New England Brewing Co., Fairfield Craft Ales, Maltose Express, and food by Fortuna's Catering Co.
