On Saturday, November 5th, Men of Charity will host their 8th annual Harvest Fest and NJ Microbrew night at St. James in Basking Ridge. This year’s event already has 15 of the best craft brewers committed, who will serve a wide array of their specialty craft beers. Last year’s event had over 40 different beers, ranging from Saisons, Cider Brews, Belgium Dubbels and Trippels to Pale Ales, IPAs, Black Ales and Imperial Stouts. Over 6 different wines and prosecco were served from Stirling Fine Wines, along with Oktoberfest cuisine. Advance tickets are $45 per person, tickets at the door are $50. Tickets include Micro-brews from NJ Craft Breweries & Home Brewers, Wine from Stirling Fine Wines, Tasting Glass, Oktoberfest Cuisine, and Live Music. Proceeds support the local families in need. The members of the Men of Charity have been engaged in numerous service activities including clothing drives, volunteering at soup kitchens, and coordinating home repairs. Additionally, through their fundraising efforts, the Men of Charity make donations to individual families in times of need.
