"New craft brews and fine foods in a civilized setting" is the slogan of the York Heritage Trust's History Untapped: An Artisan Beer Affair, coming this summer. History Untapped is a craft beer festival with a unique twist: beers from near and far are paired with fine foods from local caterers and restaurants for an intimate, date-night experience. Set in the gritty environs of the Agricultural & Industrial Museum, the event benefits the York County Heritage Trust, a non-profit that operates museums and historic sites and an extensive library and archives. Attendees will enjoy tasting and conversation with the brewers and sip unique and hard-to-find beers of the region.
