The Hood River Hops Fest returns for its 20th year, NOW AT THE HOOD RIVER EVENT SITE, celebrating the fresh hopped beers of our beloved region.
Awarded silver medal for best beer festival from the Willamette Week, Oregon Beer Awards, the Hood River Hops Fest is an annual celebration of beer’s bitter friend, freshly harvested hops.
Hood River County is surrounded by world-renowned hop-growing regions, and since 2003 brewers have gathered each September in downtown Hood River to share their fresh-hop beer creations.
The family-friendly event features more than 30 breweries with more than 40 fresh-hop beers, plus a variety of food vendors, live music, and an awesome collectible tasting glass.
Hours:
11am-7pm entry for advance purchases
Noon-7pm entry for purchases at the gate
FREE entry for those under 21 - ticket required
NEW FOR 2024!
We are no longer requiring a tasting glass to participate in the beer tasting. Commemorative glasses are optional and are available for purchase ahead of time. Limited supplies will be available at the event.
If not purchasing a glass, please help us reduce our waste footprint by bringing your own! Jars, mugs steins, are all allowed.
Otherwise, your beer tastes will be served in a plastic cup.
