The Hub City Brew Fest celebrates the Carolina's emerging beer scene with a *fund-raising event that attracts craft beer enthusiasts to the heart of downtown Spartanburg. 25 Craft Breweries from North and South Carolina will bring their beers and ciders to pour, meet, mingle and talk craft beer in an intimate setting with great local food and live music. The Hub City Brew Fest is independently organized by a group of passionate community members, with support from The City of Spartanburg, and it's all for the love of beer (and bicycles). The Hub City Brew Fest is being held to raise funds on behalf of the Coalition for Active Youth Fund, a component fund of The Spartanburg County Foundation, and will benefit the development of The Hub City Bike Park, a public, multi-use bike park in Downtown Spartanburg.
