RGV Beer Fest

As the summer kicks off and the sun begins to sizzle, plans for the first ever beer festival in Rio Grande Valley begin to brew. The Edinburg City Hall Courtyard will host the 1st RGV Beer Fest, which will take place in October of 2015. RGV Beer Fest will showcase over 200 beers, ranging in styles, flavors, and breweries. Due to the recent rise in craft and specialty beers, RGV Beer Fest promises to give the public a one-of-a-kind opportunity to sample a wide range of beers, speak first-hand to brew masters, and learn about the art of home brewing. Coupled with great live music and exquisite cuisine from of the Rio Grande’s most popular restaurants, RGV Beer Fest is well on its way in becoming not just a staple in the community, but a favorite among festivalgoers across the nation. Besides sipping on a vast selection of beer and feasting on Valley delicacies, RGV Beer Fest attendees will be submerged into a medley of top local entertainment which is soon to be announced. Tickets for the 1st RGV Beer Fest will go on sale August 1st, 2015 at various Rio Grande Valley locations and online at www.rgvbeerfest.com.
