Food Truck Festivals of America is looking forward to its first ever stop at the New York State Fairgrounds for The Syracuse Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival. On Saturday, May 21st, over 25 of the area's best food trucks will be serving up a variety of savory and sweet dishes, ranging from fall off the bone BBQ to Southwestern cuisine, gourmet hot dogs to modern Mediterranean, and everything in between. For the perfect pairings, attendees can also enjoy over 50 of the best regional and national craft beers from some of Syracuse's own breweries. The festival will also feature live music, face painters, and other entertainment for the entire family. The festival will be in full swing from noon to 7pm, but for those foodies and beer fans who want a little bit more, there will be a special VIP hour from 11am to noon that provides early access to the festival, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, a free dessert, and shorter lines! In addition, there will be special Beer Sampling tickets available that provide attendees with unlimited 2oz beer samples from 3pm until the end of the festival.
