Woofstock: Family-Friendly, Dog-Friendly Food & Beer Festival

Now in its 6th year, Woofstock is Southern Maine’s only family-friendly, dog-friendly food and beer festival. FREE. Enjoy an afternoon of live music, food trucks, local craft brews and lots of doggone fun. There’s something for everyone including games, kids activities, a bounce house, dog agility courses, makers and craft vendors, giveaways and so much more! For those who love craft beer and local ciders, Woofstock’s Beer Garden is the place! Maine- and NH-based craft breweries, cider makers and other local beverage companies offer 4 oz tasters of their flagship ales, lagers, ciders and other brews. Tasting tickets are available for purchase at the event for those 21+. Proceeds from tasting tickets and souvenir tasting cups support AWS' mission. Woofstock takes place rain or shine on the last Saturday in July each year on the grounds of Animal Welfare Society, 46 Holland Road in Kennebunk, Maine. It is AWS’ annual fundraiser. While serving as the safety net for lost and homeless pets, AWS also provides a comprehensive suite of community resources designed to help keep pets and their people together, especially in times of hardship. One of these resources is access to affordable veterinary care through our Community Veterinary Clinic. All sponsorship funds (and all donations raised at Woofstock) directly support the health and wellbeing of both resident (shelter) pets and pets of local community members who utilize AWS’ Clinic.
